I came in to get the splash shield on my car fixed since it was falling off and scraping against the road. The man who helped me was super nice and patient, and kept me updated the whole time. I’m really glad I came here and will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Came to get an alignment from Costco for tire warranty sake, and I think I found my new shop. Great customer service, thoroughly explained everything and answered any questions and concerns I had with no judgment. Their waiting area was nice: tv playing documentaries, lots of snacks and drinks, free WiFi, and some phone chargers. I hung around and waited for my service but they also have loaner cars for longer services. Offered free inspection with my service that came with pictures of any issues they found, along with an informative video on the issue. Also walked out with a quote for these services, and while they throughly explained all the points on the quote they were at no point pushy. Quote details the price for parts and labor for each individual issue, and they also said it can be done in parts since it was a lot of time and money. Pricing seemed good for the wheel alignment I had done and quote breakdown seems fair for the work that would be done. This place is also a part of the Costco discount program so if you are a Costco member, look up (on Costco prior to payment) their auto discounts and you can get 15% off here!

I would advise you to beware and perhaps steer clear of this establishment. My step-daughter, a college student, had some issues with her radiator and, in taking it to this shop, was given a laundry list of other urgent repairs that needed to be made from brakes (which had just been replaced in another state a few months earlier), to tie rods, to the battery. Had she gone through with it, the total bill would have been well over $5K. We got a second opinion from another shop who inspected the full vehicle, stated that it is well maintained (specifically mentioning that the brakes are good) and that besides the radiator repair their was nothing else to be concerned with. Over $4K of unnecessary expense was avoided by taking the vehicle elsewhere. To be clear, this is not a fake or malicious review - it is real and honest, written to inform other potential customers and hold this business accountable for what certainly seems to be some shady upselling tactics.

I've come here twice before now and it was to get an oil change and then to have my alignment fixed. And today I had the same great service. Joe listened to me when I told him my issue and made me feel very understood and confident that I was going to get the best service. He also answered all my questions and offered me some drinks and snacks. Then he had them get to work on it immediately. They fixed my tire after finding that it had a nail stuck in it and saved me from having to pay to for a new one. Then, I was good to go after such a short wait. Plus, the waiting room was very nice. I would definitely recommend coming here for any issues you have. Couldn't be better.

I brought my car to get my AC fixed since it is slow to cool. I figured it needed more freon. After their diagnosis, they said it needed to replace the leaking expansion valve. I declined the service and when I got the car back, the AC is now completely not cooling anymore. Coincidence? In addition, the technician flagged several items that needs attention and repair. I know that some of these items are not applicable as I have previously addressed them already. The service advisor did acknowledge this and his excuse was that the technician did not have the car records that he sees. Therefore, the technician just defaults flags several items for repair/attention without really considering the true condition of the car. I know this is common, but I am hoping this place was different. After declining the services, coincidentally, the shuttle service also became busy and I had to get back to the garage by myself. I went to Placentia Super Service seeing the high google rating and I was hoping to find a local mechanic that can be trusted. Maybe these are all coincidences, but I'm off to find another place.
