Paul was one of the most helpful mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Super kind, great vibes, really good at communicating the problems with my car. I took in my hybrid Ford Fusion because the rain had been giving me some issues. My roommate had done a diagnostic test with a portable code reader prior to me bringing it in, so I knew substantial work needed to be done. When their inspection was complete, I got texted a link to the full report, including pictures of the water in my trunk and other water damage, and it corroborated my roommate’s findings or I’m not sure I would have trusted it being the first time going to this mechanic. Paul and his team proved their trustworthiness from the get-go though, and from the first interaction I knew I was in good hands. The complimentary shuttle home was an amazing amenity I’ve not experienced at any other mechanic, and it takes off some of the monetary burden of getting your car repaired. As I was leaving, Paul said, “Wait! I’ve got goodies for you!” and proceeded to give me paperwork answering any questions I might have and two T-shirts (he offered more than two but I had no need), one for me and one for my mom who helped out. Rarely do I ever actively write reviews, but his shop has earned another customer for life, and I feel like everyone should know how awesome they are :) Thanks for being so cool!!!

Scam Alert! Scam Alert! (Please see lower ratings first) I took my vehicle in for repairs to avoid being over charge I received a written estimate of the cost which was 1500 dollars. After returning to pick up the vehicle the shop advised me that they put on a part that would be sure it would break. Well since I don't have any control over the parts that the company uses nor do I have the ability to select them myself. The shop told me it was in fact my fault and I needed to pay $300 additional dollars for their choice. Then attempted to sign me to a payment plan to cover their own professional choice. Thank God for lawyers and the courts. This was beyond a Scam. I have the written estimate and the final charges. Companies like this may do good business but this time they missed the bar completely. They were so comfortable with the scam it's like they do it all the time.

My car randomly started making weird noises and I called and they took my car in immediately. They had my car back to me in three days and when I had to leave my car there the first day, they provided me a ride home with their shuttle service. Very nice place and shout out Paul for helping me out! Will definitely have this place as my car service place and continue coming back. They also offer nice complimentary goodies inside lol.

We took our Explorer there for a smog check and we're helped by Ricky. They were very accommodating and stayed open until 4pm even though the last available appointment was at 2:30pm. The staff was very professional & polite and the shop was very clean. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
