I’ve only been here twice so far, but definitely planning on coming here again!! Service was communicative and efficient. They broke down everything for me so I could understand everything. Super friendly and they even have a driver service which is awesome.

I don't usually write reviews but Bob and everyone at Placentia Super service were so professional.I called Bob requesting my husband's truck needed repaired same day so he could return back to work next day. Bob made things happen and got our truck back was back within a few hours. I didn't have to wait picking up the truck and the lobby was beyond impressive. Treats and drinks along with a nice waiting area. Thank you Bob and your entire team. I will be returning because we found our new trusted service center !!!

Prices are inflated and their mechanic left two dirty greasy rags on my engine. I luckily discovered them a few days later before anything caught on fire. I wouldn't go back for any kind of auto service in the future. They have a very nice and clean lounge though.
