Is there some sort of law of physics that states that there can never just be one thing wrong with your car at a time? Because that's about how my life is going right now. I heard about Placentia Super Service via the Placentia Buzz FB group where I posted a desperate plea for any place that could rekey my Honda Civic for possibly less than the dealership quoted me. While I had to stick with the dealership in the end (need I say, OUCH) , Ryan fielded my phone calls as I went back and forth with the dealership and PSS, was super patient, and I totally said that I would come to them for any future service needs. Maybe I shouldn't have said that but sure enough, I started hearing that dreaded squeak from my brakes the very next evening. Today, I rolled up just as the shop opened (730 am!). I was greeted by a tech who took a look at my car and agreed that the brake pads were worn, and handed my case off to Bob while the tech pulled my car around. He took down my contact information and I headed to work around the corner. Shortly after, I received a text with a link to the results of the inspection of the car, with action items addressed, as well as instructions to call for an estimate on completion time. When I called, Bob was honest and upfront with the actions that needed to be taken. Sure enough it was my brakes making that horrid noise, but my power steering fluid was dirty and my spark plugs could do to be replaced. However, Bob wasn't pushy about getting it all done at once. He broke down the price estimate into its parts and told me I could probably hold off on the other services and just do the brakes today. Because of the estimates Bob gave me, I know what I'm going to need to budget. I appreciate the honesty. A refreshing change from dealerships and other mechanics who try to upsell you on everything My car was done within the day. I dropped off my car at 745ish and came to pick up the car after work at 4ish. Because I worked so close by I just walked to and fro, but they did offer me a ride and when I discussed my rekey situation, they mentioned that they offered car rental for a reasonable price as well. As far as price goes, I believe it is VERY fair for the quality of work that is done. I can tell they take great pride in their work here and that their work is done with integrity. Sadly this feels rare nowadays, but I'm thankful my car was in the hands of Placentia Super Service!

I call around to several place to get some work on my Saab. Many places said that they didn't work on Saabs or there prices were ridiculous. They quoted me a price for parts only that the total cost of parts and labor PSS. They are quick and friendly and I would definitely refer anyone to them. Thanks Placentia Super Service.
I have been taking my vehicles to Super Service for over 20 years. Bob continually provides excellent customer service and dependable repairs. P.S.The waiting room is quite welcoming with a TV, cold drinks and refreshments.
I recently took my 2005 GMC Yukon, I came in stressed and annoyed, left happy and satisfied with the service and the cost after taking it into PSS! They did eventhing they could to get the ticking noise fixed on my truck and to save me some money, but push came to shove and we had to do a deeper repair. Bob and Ryan were excellent with their service and their updates when I would reach out. The tech they use as well here is awesome from the diagnostic link to show you what they recommend, to the text to reach the shop with updates. They got the job done and fixed little things here and there after the repair but they were prompt in getting them taken care of fast! The warranty for their repairs as well is awesome! They really do care about their clients and want to keep the repeat clients! I am coming back for all of my vehicles repairs as well as my wife's vehicle. I highly recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone with Auto repair issues! Thanks guys for all your help and patience but mostly to your dedication in making sure your clients are satisfied with your service, I wear my shirt with pride!
