Best mechanic shop we've been to. Bob was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, in depth. He explains things really clearly, and gives examples, making sure you understand. We were in from out of town and wanted a vehicle looked at, that we were thinking about purchasing. They accommodated and got us in last minute. They were really thorough and helped us dodge a bullet. The vehicle had quite a few red flags that it hadn't been taken care of, and they pointed everything out to us. Thanks for all your help Bob and staff!

Great guys. I had so much that needed to be done to my truck and wasn't in the position to get all of it done. The guys explained everything and helped me to prioritize what should get done and what could wait a little bit. Appreciative of the help and the professionalism that these guys gave. Will be back to finish up with my other repair needs.
After having paid Dealerships large sums for my repairs but still demanding the best most competent results, I stepped outside my comfort zone to an Independent service facility. I checked Precision Auto's Yelp reviews and they were outstanding. So I made an appointment and delivered my Saturn Vue the next Monday. Every interaction with Precision has been exceptional. My check engine light issue was resolved and several others were also reported, which I was happy to understand. Never did Bob pressure me to repair any of those matters listed and actually gave me some good advice about when to consider making the secondary repairs if and when I would consider trading this car for another. My car was finished as promised and the bill was easy to understand. You can be assured that your car will be delivered repaired and guaranteed for 3 years with precision and professionalism. Where else in life do you receive that kind of promise?
What a great place, they are so welcoming and friendly I really did enjoy my wait in the lobby. They are fast and they will let you know what needs to be done first.
2nd time here with a 2009 Toyota van, this time for brakes and an oil change. Excellent service again, with Bob and his team explaining upfront all the issues. Love the text with the link to the inspection report showing details and status (red, yellow, green) of 60 point inspection. Would highly recommend. Repairs come with a warranty which is nice.
