I felt comfortable leaving my car in the capable hands of Placentia Super Service. Though my bill was pricey as I had a "big" job, I had called around to estimate what my costs might be, and Placentia Super Service was very reasonable with their pricing. Had a good experience here. I really like that they texted me the workup of my car, with pictures, and that I can print it as well. Texts when the car was ready and a shuttle service for the area? Great customer service. I did a tiny bit of research before coming--I knew I was in for big things. Prices are fair--definitely cheaper than quoted at dealership. AAA discount! Popcorn and drinks in the waiting area--I hate to sound like a mystic, but I got good vibes from this place. Thanks PSS!

I was looking for a while for a honest mechanic and finally I found the best one. really satisfied.
Service is excellent both from a personal and mechanical perspective. Bob is a genuine guy who knows how to interact with customers. While the prices aren't the least expensive, we have always felt the work done on our cars were thorough and complete. We would recommend this service center to friends.

After my dad's "mechanic" friend messed my car up, these dudes got it back up to running like new! They took a little longer than they had told me, so they got a rental for me so I could get to work and school with no problem. They're the best!
