Had to get my engine checked I didn't have an appointment and they got me in the door had problem that my engine shook violently they took good care of my car and reassured me that I was in good hands. This was the first time I had gotten my Mazda Mx6 1995 checked by professional help they diagnosed my car and they found the problem and had me verify that I wanted the part fixed because I was a lot of money but it was worth my money spent definetly recommend to all my friends that have their first car diagnosed!!

The service I receive from Placentia Super Service is bt far the best of any shop I have taken any of my cars to. They are reasonably priced, courteous, efficient and provide detailed information with any service tgey do. They seriously brought my car back to life... I highly recommend this shop.
I cannot say enough great things about Placentia Bob's Super Service! I towed my car to their shop and they called me with an estimate and diagnosis within hours. Bob and his team were very patient and kind as I took the time to discuss the estimate with my other half. My car was back on the road by the next day. Bob even applied their current coupons and discounts without me asking! Talk about customer service. We won't take our cars anywhere else!

As cheesy as it might sound, they really do provide Super Service! We've come here twice now for different car issues and have had excellent experiences each time. All the guys here are super nice and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment for an oil change for the day I wanted and they even provided a shuttle service so they picked me up and work so I could go get my car. Bob and Ryan (and the other guy, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) are all so kind and friendly. I'm glad a friend of ours recommended this place; we'll be loyal customers as long as we live here! Placentia Super Service exceeded my expectations. We brought the vehicle in Monday morning and we picked up the vehicle with completed repairs the following day. Bob is great about explaining priority items vs. recommended items. This helps when making financial decisions for repairs.
