After browsing different shops over the span on of a couple weeks. I kept coming back to this shop in particular. The plus is that the shop is walking distance to my house. Another thing to note I heard positive reviews from family members who had friends being their cars here. I decided to leave work a little earlier to get here. I walked in was greeted by Bob. I explained the issues I was having he took down my information. Some time passed and I was given a detailed list on what parts needed to be fixed. I already had a price figured out for what I needed replaced. I was also informed my shocks for my rear of the car need to be replaced but I can fix it later. Over all I had a pleasant experience coming here to fix my car. Not once I felt pressured to buy parts I didn't need at the moment. When I do save up some more money I will definitely be back to replace the shocks and do the rear breaks and rotors.
This is definitely a go to shop if you want work done the right way... Andrew & Bob are really GREAT!!! I took my 2008 Saturn into them because of a check engine light which they repaired quickly but another issue arose and after diligently searching to find the problem they did and fixed that as quickly.. These guys are top notch!!! They keep you updated on any new finds, give recommendations with out pressure and give really fair prices... Friendly and informative.. I can go on & on... I will come here with any issues & regular maintenance on my cars needs!!! Thanks Andrew, Bob and your service techs for excellent work in keeping me moving!!! I will highly recommend you!!
I called in the AM to schedule an afternoon appointment. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and my car was taken back right away. Went in for an oil change was done within a 1/2 hr. Customer Service was friendly and informative..

I always dread taking my Lexus in for maintenance. Go to the dealer and they manage to find SO many things that they can do, for a price of course. This car has been great as far as maintenance costs have gone, so I am always waiting for the other shoe to drop and get a giant bill like every other car I have owned. My 90k service was due, so I called around, trying to be an informed consumer in the limited time I have to research these things. I got so super lucky to find this place! I got my service, done in short order, with amazing communication through out, all for a price that I considered very reasonable. I got texts that they started work, that my estimate was ready (which prompted a call when convenient for me), and again when the car was ready. How's that for service!? I highly recommend taking your car in for great service of any kind. The owners are just good folk that you feel good supporting. Not a new business, but new owners kept all the great people from before and pumped the place with fresh energy, great customer service, super prices, and an eye to being your NEW service providers moving forward.
