I’m so thankful that I found this shop. My Jaguar is 22 years old and needs tender care. To begin with, the shop is clean and gorgeous. The waiting room has a picture window that looks out to the spotless work area. The floors shine, the technicians are clean, even the cars are shiny! Inside the waiting room there is a beautiful restroom, multiple internet access spots on the leather couch and chairs, and a coffee table with flowers and magazines. On offer you will find quality granola bars and candy, other snacks, coffee, a variety of cold drinks and a popcorn machine. You don’t have to wait of course, there is a free ride service. I’d tip the driver for that convenience! My service advisor was Benjamin Green. He was patient and communicative, as I’m sure the other advisors must be, or the shop would not be as successful. I recommend PSS to everyone I know. It’s too hard to find quality work or products anymore.

Joe and Miguel were a great help when I needed assistance with a diagnostic on my car. Joe was very thorough in explaining details of what needed to be fixed. This was a great first experience at Placentia Super Service. I will definitely be going back!

They were very professional and quick. They won't do anything on your vehicle without your knowledge or consent PRIOR to any work done. They made me feel very comfortable with how they do buisiness and nothing was done that was not needed to be done. They listen and understand thier customers. In the long forgotten world of Customer Service, they are at the top of giving it to thier customers. I highly reccomend this shop for any and all needs for your car and You!! They also have a well stocked waiting area wit coffee, cold water, snacks, phone charging station and television if you choose to wait there instead of them giving you a ride home to wait! Within 10 miles I think for free. They will also pick you up when your car is finished. All free of charge! The people here are all great to work with. I will never take my car anywhere else again. I was very pleased with my experience here! As a young woman, I felt very comfortable and at ease which can be hard to feel at times especially when it comes to car maintenance! They were thorough in their inspection and did a real quality job! Thank you guys again for all the help!

Customer Service was very good. Along with the service work. However, very pricey. Wanted to use again, but too expensive. Also, their financing company is a loan shark. Extremely high Interest, not worth it.
