Shop was clean and organized! Staff was friendly, and prices were reasonable. My service took a bit longer than I’d anticipated, but not terribly long. I satisfied!

I spent around $6k in your shop and the engine turn off after two months again. Your staff said is none of your business, so I repaired at other body shop. The real reason is not repaired carefully. How horrible experience it is.
I moved to the Southern California area for a work opportunity. A few months after arriving I had some significant overheating issues with my vehicle. Luckily, Placentia Super Service was closest tow location. They have beyond professional and a good partner in resolving my car issues and keeping me on the road to complete my work. I have utilized their services for major work (including an engine replacement) to minor work (including oil changes) and highly recommend them for any work you might need. I have found them to be great service partners.

Great service, very understanding and personable--not to mention SUPER convenient for drop off after hours, shuttling and online updates with diagnoses, progress and payment. I worry less about car troubles because I know they will take care of me when they do happen.
