Really great experience, they explain the work required for the vehicle and there is a comfortable place to sit while waiting with drinks and snacks. They also provide cell phone chargers in case wait gets longer.

I worked with Ricky mostly and he gave me some of the best service I have ever had. He was open and transparent throughout the whole process, he showed me that he really cared about my business, and he even alerted me to a warranty that I didn't even know I had, which cut my total repair costs in half!

They did a good job on my break pads, but kept pushing me to get other services done even though I said they were getting taken care of somewhere else. The manager even called me to try and convince me to get the services done. I appreciate the thorough inspection but I don't like feeling berated.
