The entire staff was absolutely amazing. My car needed a ton of work and savannah was amazing with calling me to go over the recommendations for my car. She went over every section and made it super easy to understand why they were going to do what they were going to do. I didn’t get the name of the wonderful man at the front who was super helpful when my card was declining. He was patience as we got it figured out. They even gave my toddler a balloon as I was on the phone with the bank. I will 1000% recommend them to everyone i know and I will definitely be back.

Not pleased at at all. Went in for a routine car service. My car came back out worse than ever! Never had a problem with my car. Now it feels like it wants to shut off. Had to pay 135.00 for a diagnostic. For nothing to get resolved. Very disappointed. And I will be writing a review on yelp.

Hands down the best car repair experience I have had in many many years! Being a woman it is always terrifying that it can turn into a pricing nightmare. Not true with Placentia Super Service. I was provided excellent service and friendly professional care. I was totally satisfied. Especially with my 36/36 guarantee. Thank you, Joe!

Great customer service. Appy with the results but the only thing is I was told I would receive a text with pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced and I didn't get any photos.

Not to take away from the other mechanics here, but Lorianna is amazing and went out of her way for me. I’ve got a 1 year old and a baby on the way, so errands are quite a challenge. I brought in my car for an oil change and asked about a smog check - she offered to take my car to get a smog check on a day they don’t usually do them, just to save me a trip. I almost cried, I was so grateful. I kept thanking her but I still feel like it wasn’t enough. It’s such a relief to have people help, and to know I can trust this place. Thank you! Definitely coming back!
