+ Great place, great team including a very kind and responsible service advisor (Loriana I think) and the mechanic (Herrada), etc. - A very long time waiting(I dropped off my car at 8 am as my appointment was scheduled but work on my automobile started at around 11:30!!! And they asked me to leave the car there! - dear Mr. mechanic forgot to plug in the stop light socket and put its cap back!!! I did the job done by myself! Overall I can say I like the place and people and I will come back to your shop but I feel a kind of pressure on your employees that which causes scheduling confusion and lowering the quality of services. Professional, full service place such as loner, mechanic service, if you don't want to pay big payment in one time, they can help you about loan also, it is 90 days interest free(longer than that interest is very very high). they are locate problem very very fast, probably fix within 1 day for most case, great service, friendly team member. honest and decent/fair price.

I found this company through Yelp. I submitted appointment request and got a response right away and a $25 coupon for first time service. I called them and Benjamin answered the call. He was helpful and friendly. The facility is high class and the waiting area is filled with drinks and goodies. The work station was set up with phone charger for many different kind of phones. I was able to work at the desk while I was waiting. Impressive! The car was done within the time frame I was told. Both Ben and Joe were helpful. I recommend this place. 👌

The truck was a no start. Full inspection plus fee to install starter I already bolted in was nearly 250.00. The hood no longer opens and closes they messed that up. They got the job done pretty quickly though so credit there. But not happy the hood doesn’t open.

Never disappointed in the work that's done to our vehicles at Placentia Super Service. We no longer live close by but one of our vehicles needed to be serviced and we didn't really trust any other shop in our new area, so we decided to have it towed to PSS. Even when they are extremely busy they got the repair done in less than a week and so far our vehicle is back in action running better than before! The complimentary carwash helped a lot in making sure our vehicle looked super clean after the repair! Thank you PSS for never disappointing with your service, we will continue to be loyal customer's!
