I called their and I got a very nice guy named Benjamin and he told me let me do a I diagnostics first to see if you really need a transmission replacement and I gave him the go ahead and when he got finished it needed more than just that he found 18 more problems with the car I didn’t know about I had lent my car to someone and they drove it into the ground and he said that truthfully that I would be wasting my money on the transmission because their other issues too and I should just save what I was going to use for the transmission and get another car he would hate to see me waste my money and still have many more problems still to fix I told him thanks for being honest person and I appreciate him not trying to just make a buck but really being a good person by letting me know all that was wrong and I would just be wasting my money all the way around any place else would have just did the transmission and never tell you that it’s just a waste of time to just make that buck they are a real place of honest business for sure I will recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs and thank again Benjamin! I’m the typical person that take their cars to the dealer for service and repair, but after very high quote from the dealer I decided to look to other repair shops. Oh I was glad to find them! Great costumer service, great prices, great all around. Thank you I highly recommend them.

Set up an appointment on their website and was able to make one within the hour, first thing on a Monday morning. My '07 Tahoe was starting to feel like it wanted to stall out and sounded horrible as I exited the freeway the evening before. Dropped it off at 8 am, and by 10 am I had a text with a link that took me to my inspection details and the health of my vehicle. It was noted with random misfire on cylinders #1 & #8, and recommendation said "need new motor". When I read that, I immediately called and spoke with Don. He then explained it at length with me. He said to him, it appears that a couple of the valve lifters collapsed and confirmed the cylinder misfiring. Worse case scenario a new motor that can be as expensive as $12K, but he couldn't be sure without taking it apart. Most of that price is labor. Which I had understood. Fast forward a few days.....turns out Don was RIGHT!!! While it was still about half of the original estimate, at least I didn't need a new motor. It was in fact the valve lifters and cylinder misfiring that was causing my vehicle to get sick. At first I had considered just not putting the money into it, however, I only have 75K miles on it, and I take really good care of the vehicle. Prices of new/used cars right now are nuts, and of course not having a car payment was considered. I am very happy with the work that was done, the ease of getting it there, looked at and fixed within a week, and especially the staff service of every employee I interacted with regarding this issue. Absolutely confident in their work and service and will absolutely use them again and again and again!!!!

I’m so happy I found this business! Everyone from front desk to mechanics! They were all so nice, and extremely professional!!! My car is over 20 years old, and thanks to them will continue to run great! Thanks so much for a great experience! I will continue to take my car, and spread the word to friends/family! I was going to Firestone, and will never go back!
