Spoke with Lori initially and set the appointment. Arrived on schedule and gentleman at front desk assisted me. They gave Me accurate prices and options. Performed the job in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. Would use again and recommend to others. Personal note. I appreciated the diversity of the staff made it more welcoming.

Got an oil change but my car is still saying I need to get one still. Did not look at my car dash at all it seems like.

It appears that we did not reset your maintenance reminder light, and we are sorry that happened. That's totally on us, and should have been part of the service. We confirmed with the technician that the service was performed and confirmed the purchase of an oil and filter for this vehicle. I went there to get my brakes fixed but they did NOT fix them at all. They charged me almost 1k just to inspect it and house it for nearly a week. I called everyday to check the status and even went in person. They lied to me saying it wasn't done when it was. The brakes immediately started to squeak and failed to work causing me to end up in a accident. Luckily I didn't get too hurt. I tried to reach out to them to give them a chance to make it right but they refused to apologize or admit any fault or assume any responsibility. I'm not on here just to arbitrarily leave a bad review. I feel a human moral obligation to share my experience in hopes it could save some one else money/time/hospital visit/ etc.

The service was excellent and friendly. The work was completes on time, as scheduled. The repairs were expensive, but I did not fit estimates from anyone less. I am very pleased with the service.

Don't be fooled by the reviews. Some of the staff were friendly, I guess. Came in without a stall. 1 grand later, left with a stall and a broken wallet. Moreover, the whole process took a month, communication was not consistent and left me in a worse position than I came in. You can have that grand, but you lost a life long customer.

Jamaal, you should've received phenomenal communication to go along with a solid repair. I'm very sorry we fell through on that. Moving forward, I'll see to it that we're more consistent when giving customers updates on their vehicle's repair status.
