Bob and his staff are always great to work with and explain things completely so I understand what needs to be done and why. They also prioritize services for me in the event I’m not able to have everything done at once.

I have a 2010 Tundra with almost 200k miles. Placentia Super Service keeps my truck running like it’s new.. I park my truck on the street and had my Cat stolen. Once I got it replaced Placentia Super Service installed a theft deterrent system. I can sleep in peace knowing my truck is safe.

Placentia Super Service provided me with superlative service. Ben and the mechanic that serviced my car were friendly and knowledgeable. They found a small defect in my tire. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. My car needed a ton of work and savannah was amazing with calling me to go over the recommendations for my car. She went over every section and made it super easy to understand why they were going to do what they were going to do. I didn’t get the name of the wonderful man at the front who was super helpful when my card was declining. He was patience as we got it figured out. They even gave my toddler a balloon as I was on the phone with the bank. I will 1000% recommend them to everyone i know and I will definitely be back.

Not pleased at at all. Went in for a routine car service. My car came back out worse than ever! Never had a problem with my car. Now it feels like it wants to shut off. Had to pay 135.00 for a diagnostic. For nothing to get resolved. Very disappointed. And I will be writing a review on yelp.
