Found PSS via Costco website for business services, after being dissatisfied with the quality of service at our local Firestone. I verified their ratings on Yelp as well. From my initial call to Don to get a quote for tires, oil change and tire rotation, to my husband taking our car in for service with Mike taking care of us, the professionalism and prompt service was exemplary. The complimentary car wash was a nice unexpected touch as well. We hope the quality service continues to be their standard.

Had problems with my stick shift was sticking in reverse. They replaced n it’s moving just like new. Everyone was very professional nice n accommodating. Repairs were completed fast.

Scheduled an appointment because my car totally stopped as I was exiting the freeway one day. Once I was able to get it to work again the engine light came on. Lori was great! I had to leave my car so they could run diagnostics on it. I then received the results and, after reviewing it authorized the more urgent services. I got my car back that same day. So far so good. I am very pleased with the work and cost. I will continue to service my car at Placentia Super Service. Highly recommend them. Ask for Lori.

I'm so happy to have found a great place to take my Kia to when needed. Benjamin was super awesome in helping me get my brakes done same day and was able to give my car an oil change even tho they were short staffed and really busy! Thank you so much everyone for helping me, fixing my baby, and being honest and friendly. The free inspection really was greatly detailed also! So detailed that my husband and I have the Kia dealership ready to make those expensive repairs. I would have never known about those serious problems if I hadn't brought my car to you.
