I would recommend Super Service to anyone , I had took my car there for a tune up and had an inspection done which I got a discount for first time customer turned out I needed several routine services done in addition to some repairs after the inspection I had used my warranty insurance Ricky made the whole process seamless for me what was suspose to be a 3 to 4 day repair turned into a 24 hour only took them 1 day for all the repairs and services the choke process and seemless got me in a rental car even gave me an additional discount for the routine service's thus shop was quality equally to the car dealership even better cuz it was alot shorter time having to wait for the repairs Thank you Super Service and Tricky for making this a awesome experience for me I gave found my go to shop for my car for a life time 💞🙏🏻

Car broke down on the freeway, AAA picked me up and recommended this repair shop close to home. The service was fantastic. Quick intake and understanding of my issue. Upfront transparency on the inspection quote and then again on the repairs needed. It was more on the pricey side but the service managers work hard to take care of the things they can. The car is running great and my piece of mind is well worth it. Absolutely, a fantastic experience.

During our heat wave, sensors decided to appear. Placentia Super Service was able to get us in quickly, diagnosed and fixed the issues quickly at a very reasonable price. Been 3 weeks and is running perfectly - thank you Ricky and team.

My car’s check engine light came on and was making a lot of noise, so i had it towed here on a Sunday. They were closed, so i called first thing Monday morning. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. within 2-3 hours after opening, they diagnosed the issue and stated it should fall under warranty. They had already notified the dealer and all i had to do was have it towed there. I appreciate all their honesty and being transparent regarding what i had to pay. They could’ve charged me for the full repairs, but they were honest about seeing my car’s problem and knew to contact the dealer. Very professional establishment! I will be back.

My mini countrymen service lights remind me to do service for engine and brake. I searched on map and found Placentia Super Service, I didn't try before but would like to have a try because it is close to me. I sent the car in morning and I have time so hang out in their waiting room which is equipped with air con, tv, bottle water and snacks. Finally they have a full check up with detailed report of somewhere that I didn't find problem before. They had changed engine oil and brake fluid for me, I was happy they found others problem too but I didn't handle it maybe next time. By the way I had a good experience with them, they used a German oil which was best fit to my car, I felf it was more powerful and faster reponse than I ever had! Recommended!
