Took in a vehicle because all of the service lights came on. I called and Ben advised to bring it on it right away. They did a full inspection and repaired all the issues. I got the car back in a timely manner.

I went in for an oil change and they did a 64 point inspection. After, they provided me with a well-defined and extensive list of things that I needed to do to my vehicle. I liked it because they were very attentive and courteous. They understood that I could not get it done at that moment, but that I would go back when I could afford to get more work done. However, I didn't like that I started getting text messages letting me know that I had appointments on days when I was in the hospital knowing darn well that I hadn't made any appointments. Either way, they were pretty good overall.

My first time here, and wow, just wow. Killer customer service practices, immaculate venue, pleasant people. Easy to schedule visit on MY schedule, seamless and affordable HERTZ car rental onsite, great communication and fair pricing. Warranteed, no less. I’ll be back, though I hope not for a long while.
