I needed an oil change on my 2014 Acura MDX and brought it here, and also asked them to diagnose a minor new noise I was hearing. The receiving service was friendly, and they have a nice waiting room. They could also take my appt promptly, which I appreciated, and they performed the work on time. The significant disappointment I had, was the list of recommendations they came back with. It was nearly $4k for a series of recommendations that all felt pretty borderline or even ahead of when the service was needed, for a car that is performing well. And none the recommendations fit with the noise I was hearing, so that still feels undiagnosed. I would have really appreciated a more nuanced approach on recommendations that made me feel like they were looking out for my interests, rather than their own bottom line. Probably won’t be visiting these guys again.
