Took my car here because of the reviews... I dropped off my car at 8 am this morning to get an O2 sensor replaced on my Acura. Staff was friendly and the place was clean but what happened at the end of the day is not ok. I communicated to them that i had to work at 5 pm and they ensured me that they would call me when my car was ready by 1pm. Almost 3 hours later after 1pm, I had to call and see what was going on. I understand people call out and things get crazy busy, but where was the call to let me know its going to take more time? I communicated my time constraint, why wasn't I communicated about the wait? I lost money not being able to make it to my shift. Had I known, I would've made arrangements to get to work. Didn't expect this from such a highly rated shop. Bummer.
Thanks for the feedback, and it will definitely help us improve in our communication going forward. Just like so many businesses today, we are struggling with personnel problems and making sure our normal procedures are being performed, even when it is really busy. We strive to be the friendlier and more helpful car repair in every car repair job we take on. I am glad that the friendlier part came through but sounds like we missed on being helpful, especially since you had to miss a shift due to our lack of communication. I will address your feedback at our weekly meeting and make sure that this won't happen again.
