I came to this place for wheel alignment for 2017 tundra havent drive for pass 2 yrs. Only 37800 mileage. They can’t alignment my wheel n blame on my brake pads n rotor. so I just let them fix alignment only. When I drive home I notice that my wheel til to the right. so I say myself that I go to the wrong place. so I just take it to the dealer the next day. dealer say nothing wrong with the brake pads n rotor just little bit rust from parking to long useage about 30 percent basically still news. n no I haven’t communicate with the shop n contact them. I just move on n don’t want to deal with it.
Thanks for the feedback, Andy. If the alignment does not seem right to you, we can definitely look at it again. We stand behind our work and will re-do the alignment at no charge to make sure the guest is happy. You only need to give us a chance to make it right. The brakes would not affect the alignment and nowhere in our notes does it say that. We actually had the measurement of 30% also and saw the rust and that is the time to start thinking about brakes. No pressure, and you decided not to do them. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Very big, clean shop. Mechanic (Anthony) brought me in the back to show me everything he found to try and be as up front as possible. Unfortunately the radiator they ordered was defective and he has to redo the whole job again today. Due to my inconvenience Lori (Service Lead) upgraded my radiator (I didn't even complain) and gave me a loaner car. Can't ask for much more besides doing the job for free :)
