I learned of Placentia Super Service through Facebook where they offered to allow you to spread the cost of your repair over monthly payments. As my car was having cooling system issues and I had very little money, I gave them a try. I was approved for the monthly payments called Easy pay. My service writer took me to the service bay so the mechanic could show me my leaking radiator. The mechanic also told me I needed a new air filter. I just put a new air filter just a few days ago, so that led me to not trust the mechanic. The service writer told me the car would not be ready until the next day, so she provided me with a loaner. The next day, the service writer told me my car and paperwork would be ready to pick up after hours. I got off work after 830 pm and did not find my car out front as I was told it would be. I walked to the back of the shop and found a tech working after hours. He was able to pull my car out of a fenced area and give me my keys. I still did not have a copy of my final paperwork. The next morning at 11 , the service writer gave me some excuse of why my car was not out front and told me she would e mail my final paperwork. My car was finished on Friday and I still don’t have a copy of my final paperwork!! I will not use Placentia Super Service again!
We apologize for the confusion. Our Service Advisor did promise your vehicle, but could never secure payment which is why it was not left out front. You had a loaner car, so she thought you would just be picking it up the next day. Our Service Advisor was shocked to learn of this review because she kept in contact with you throughout the process but just could not get a hold of you at the end of the day to secure payment. We like that your experience started well. In all reality, you did get your car without payment, and we called you the next day to get the payment, but this is not how we normally do things.
