Do not be fooled by the good reviews. Took my 2008 Mercedes Benz E350 Sport in for 3 issues on Wednesday 8/11/21 at 9am: 1- check engine light 2- install the tire pressure sensors I bought 3- replace a turn signal light I was told they would call me by Thursday when the diagnostic was complete so I can authorize the work. That did not happen- FAIL #1 I ended up calling them Thursday and asking to speak with the manager. The manager (Don) apologized and explained they were busy and had some call offs etc. Guess what Don, your customers are busy too. I gave Don another chance because he was so sincere in his apology. Don tells me he's going to take care of this personally and he will CALL me by 9am Friday morning with an update on the diagnostic so I can authorize the work. That did not happen - FAIL#2 When I called Friday afternoon, Don finally tells me what the car needs and I authorize some of the work. Don assured me he and his team would have my car completed by Saturday. That did not happen - FAIL#3 Here we are on Monday and they call me and tell me the parts have just arrived and my car MIGHT be ready by closing time. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? I called in Monday to give Don one last chance to save the sale and he FAILED by offending me with an offer to take off $100 from the total cost. I told Don to return my car to its original state and I will take my $1800 elsewhere so I can give some other hard working mechanic my hard earned money. Don will eat the cost of lost labor and returned parts etc. The irony is, it was the Yelp reviews that brought me to you Don. It will now be the same Yelp reviews that turn away a potential customer because you guys are just TOO BUSY to work on customers cars. End result: Don, you're fired! Don's net sales will be -$1800 this quarter...STAY AWAY YIKES!
As we mentioned before on Yelp, Anthony, it's truly disappointing to hear this, as our team respects the time of our customers. We'll always do our best to communicate our timelines as best we can. We assure you our team only wants the best for our customers, and it's unfortunate to hear we did our best to help make this right for you, and it wasn't enough. While we're certainly responsible for the extended time it took to diagnose your vehicle due to employee call-outs, the timeframe in which we receive the required parts to repair your vehicle is outside of our control. We rely on part distributors for timely shipping but can't always guarantee that there won't be delays on their end. That said, we're confident in the caliber of our team and are proud of the work we do. Please know that should you ever need our assistance again in the future, we're here for you.
