I went in to Placentia Super Service because my check engine light came on and while driving my car I could just tell something was wrong. I was able to make an appointment for early the next day after the light came on. From the beginning everyone was super helpful. The day I came in, check in was quick and I was told I would get a call when they knew exactly what was wrong. Once they found out what was wrong they gave me a reasonable estimate and told me they would have my car ready by the next day and they did. I was so pleased by the amount of time it took them to fix the issue. Coming here was the right choice.

I made an appointment a week prior to have an oil change and to have my turn signal looked at. The oil change took over two hours and the tech didn’t look at the turn signal. The office staff was nice though.

We talked to the service guys and technicians today and made it clear that ALL CONCERNS form a guest should be checked and notated with the results of that check. As of today, we are finally fully staffed but have been dealing with multiple personnel problems and are just now catching up. A typical oil service with inspections does take about an hour and half but we completely missed checking for the turn signal issue as part of our 60-point complimentary check and for that we are truly sorry. We would be happy to have the you come back for a free test of the turn signal system. Please call us at (714) 528-1828 and ask for Bob. As always, we can provide a ride home or a loaner car while we work on the vehicle, or you are welcome to wait in our updated waiting area.

They are friendly and do a thorough job....although, I had an 8:00 appointment and I noticed that my car was still in the parking lot at 8:49, before they took it to the garage area.

It was my first time visiting this place. I like their service. The staff was friendly and informative. Other repair shops I visited before looked like they just wanted my money, but this place looked honest. I like that. And they did a good job!!! Thank you.

Had me get my truck towed there saying they can fix the issue that they have all the right materials and big machines then keep it over a week and gets nothing done and tell me I gotta find somewhere else to go‼️ So basically I spent 1000 on towing and now I gotta go spend another 1000 or more to go somewhere else then gotta get issue fixed🤦🏾‍♂️👿🤷🏾‍♂️

We are sorry for the miscommunication. Your truck should have never been directed to our shop, for it's a huge, semi-sized Freightliner with a Cat engine. We looked at it and it was out of our scope of expertise. We communicated to you several times, letting you know we were trying to diagnose the problem. We have no problem with Hino trucks and NPSs, but unfortunately, with your truck, we had no choice to direct you elsewhere. Best wishes to you and safe travels always.
