Owfull service they just want people to come in. They don't listen to the customer.

Sorry, but we could not find your name in our system, Ismael. It is always our goal to help a customer out quickly and add them to our schedule. Also, it always our goal to stay in communication with our customers throughout the process by text and phone communication along the way with a digital picture inspection that is generated with every vehicle. Our team knows that when a guest comes in, we have to make sure to note all the concerns with the vehicle and address all of those issues as quickly as possible. Very attentive and upfront with everything since I started taking my vehicle to them. They are always available to take your call and getting an inspection report via text with images is great!

Edit: The manager was friendly and apologized for the lack of communication. He gave very sensible reasons to make me think the service I received was a one-off mistake. He was also willing to explain pricing and go over how they strive to provide good service. Overall, I think it would be worth coming again, they may not be the cheapest but they do care about their customers --- Staff is friendly but will not return your calls. It takes them a whole week to inspect my vehicle and then they wrote me a $7k dollar estimate and well over half of that was labor. The diagnostic was partially done and the prices are insane. buyer beware

Alex and team are friendly and professional! For my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 167k miles, Placentia Super Service repaired two oil leaks, replaced all 4 shocks and fixed the windshield wiper nozzles. I was ready to give up on my Jeep and now I feel really good that the work done by Placentia Super Service will give me way more driving miles.

Friendly professionals. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Shuttle service was a plus since this is our only vehicle. I will definitely return to Placentia Super Service when my vehicle needs service.
