I went here because of the good reviews but unfortunately I can’t leave one of those. When I called they told me they could take me in on a Friday but I’d most likely have to leave it overnight. I asked if they’d be able to work on it if I brought it in on Saturday and the said yeah to bring it in anytime. They didn’t perform the diagnostic test until the following Monday morning after I called them twice. They they told me it was going to be $700+ to fix the brakes on my 2008 Toyota Corolla. I made the easy deduction to take back my car and go somewhere else that wouldn’t overcharge me and take days to run a simple test.
We messed up big time and we're sorry. We were shorthanded. One tech had left us and our service manager was on vacation. We had poor planning in overscheduling and obviously messed up in not getting to the vehicle quickly enough. We really probably deserved a one star, so thanks for offering us two. Since then, we have had another tech start with us on Wednesday and are looking to improve communications to handle these situations before they get out of hand. We are also restructuring and training our front staff to better address the appointment schedule and quickness of promised services. Our recommendations are complete with a digital inspection and we do use the best quality parts with the best warranty, but none of those matters if we can't perform the inspection and repairs in a timely manner. We are very sorry and will work to constantly improve, and really do appreciate the feedback, Savana. Thank you, and we hope we can earn back your trust in the future.
