Took my car in and got the rear brakes replaced as well as the right strut that was leaking. In years past when something went wrong I would be thinking, Ih my god, not the mechanic again. Are they going to misdiagnose it, fix something that isn’t broken, claim something’s broke that isn’t, overcharge me or a host of other things that cause me more stress than the car problem itself. I’ve never had that problem here. The whole experience here is so smooth you’re almost glad your car broke down. Lori at the Service desk communicates well and keeps the process going smoothly. The mechanics are top notch and the Owner, Bob, not only demonstrates that he knows car repair, but EVERY aspect of running a business. Hats off to all of you!
