Great people. Lorianna was very friendly and attentive to me the customer. Mechanic diagnosed my vehicle and sent me a diagnostic report which was spot on. I will continue to get my vehicle worked on by PSS. and i do recommend this very clean and neat shop. Thanks for the awesome service everyone. Ismael

Always very professional. I stayed and waited for my car. Although I had an appointment, my oil change still took 2 hours 15 minutes. It won't stop me from coming back.

I have been taking my car here since I moved to Fullerton about 4 years ago. Recently my 2006 Nissan needed several repairs and they did a good evaluation and helped me find a way to pay for it. Obviously a stressful situation but Joe had the patience to walk me through the process. I also appreciate that they have a female front office helper. It always puts me at ease. Lorraine is super nice and always seems to remember me when we come in. I always feel comfortable there so just wanted to share this.
