Very big, clean shop. Mechanic (Anthony) brought me in the back to show me everything he found to try and be as up front as possible. Unfortunately the radiator they ordered was defective and he has to redo the whole job again today. Due to my inconvenience Lori (Service Lead) upgraded my radiator (I didn't even complain) and gave me a loaner car. Can't ask for much more besides doing the job for free :)
