This was my first visit to Placentia Super Service. I liked the professionalism and thorough inspection of my vehicle they offered beyond what was request for service. I received a text message with a link to an app that shows everything checked and the status. Very impressed.

It was easy and fast. Their upgraded waiting room is amazing and super clean. Their complimentary snacks and drinks makes it more enjoyable to wait for your car to be fixed. Everyone at Placentia Super Service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone I know. 👍🏽

Very polite and courteous service. Waiting room is clean, quiet, and full of water, coffees and snacks. They had charging cables ready for cell phones. AC in my car now works great. Price was a little on the higher end of what internet estimates are but felt confident getting a 3 year warranty on the service they provided. Would highly recommend.

Don and Michael addressed the problem and located the issue, they kept me informed of the cost and process the entire time. They also offer loaner cars if needed. I especially like the electronic diagnostic report they send, which included photos! I could access and review all the I formation on my phone. Very professional! I highly recommend!
