When I saw that the splash shield under my car was dragging on the street, I knew I should get it fixed right away. I called Placentia Super Service and was able to get it repaired the same day. Michael was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a couple other repairs, but I didn't get anything else done that day. The next week, I called AAA because my car wouldn't start. George from AAA replaced the battery and recommended that I check the alternator, so I went back to Placentia Super Service. The alternator was OK, but the car still needed other repairs (because it was old and I ran over a tire on the freeway years ago and never got it fixed properly at another repair shop). Michael remembered me and I started talking to him about buying a new used car. He said Placentia Super Service offered prepurchase inspections for $120. That sounded like a great deal, since buying a used car would save me thousands. After doing some research, I found a used Honda Civic that I liked, and the guys from Auto Republic took it to Placentia Super Service for an inspection. Placentia Super Service did the inspection and texted me a link to the results (so convenient!). I bought the car the next day. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I want to thank everyone at Placentia Super Service for giving me peace of mind knowing that this is a good car that will last for years, especially since I will be taking it to Placentia Super Service for all of its routine maintenance. Thank you so much!

I took my car here about two weeks ago. I thought there was something really wrong with my car. I bought it at Ford Auto Nation. It is a 2014 Mazda Grand Touring. Ford told me to honor my extended warranty I bought that I had to bring it to them or pay $100.00. I had an appt. with Ford. When I got there I told the gal I would wait for my car. She came back flustered. She said she could offer me a ride home but no loaner car til they got the diagnostic report from mazda. I said well call them. She came back with, Mazda is two or three days backed up. She wanted me to leave my car to sit for two days.. & no loaner. What!!! Ford couldn't do a diagnostic??? I left & took my car to Placentia Super Service. They did me hood with my Mercedes so that's where I went. When I walked in, Alex was at the desk. I told him my fears about my car. What happened at Ford. Alex said he would go thru my warranty & had me in a loaner car in twenty minutes. Alex was extremely nice and informative. I received a diagnostic via my email that told me almost everything. Alex said they tried to find anything wrong with my car & they couldn't. Just the air filter in the cabin & the other air filter under the hood. I felt my car was too clean to be true, but Alex set my fears to rest that I bought a great car. My warranty in tack. My car runs great. Alex showed me how to use stick shift mode on my car. Super nice guy... I made it to the river that weekend because this shop made it happen. Ten star rating in my book. Best Shop Ever!!! Debra T

Everything was great but they told me there was something wrong with my axel. It’s a new car so I took it to the dealer and they said nothing was leaking from axel but place that did the oil change left a mess on the axel. Now I don’t know who to believe. I either have something wrong and the dealer didn’t see it or Placentia Super Service was wrong.
