I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and have had all types of service done from oil change to tire replacement. Bob and his team do an excellent job explaining the issues and the various options for a solutions. In 4 years, I have not had a bad experience or car issues following a service. These folks are absolutely professionals. Waiting time was minimal as I was going for a Smog check for my car. Even asked them for an estimate to change all 4 of my car’s tires. Also love that this is a family owned business. Thank you Placentia Super Service. I am a happy nurse!

Professional and patient people skills from the call whom i was speaking to andrew to the office desk help don i was asking questions regarding service. Very clean waiting room with amenities and cool comfortable air condition with tv which for the first time ever i didnt mind waiting there. And no smell. Very clean bathrooms, auto hand soap dispenser, auto hand towel and auto trash can. The work area is visible and very professionally ckean and well kept. The mechanic working on my car was very friendly as well as everyone i came into contact with. My car was taken in inmediately and started on till finished. They even offered me a loaner if i need one. The wait was a plesant one and i felt comfortable. I enjoyed thier work hospitality and found me a new auto repair home for my cars. I have to wait and see how was the work done on my car. It works fine now but i have to see if my ac holds up i took it in for ac leak. But they also assured me if it still leaks i wouldnt be charged for another test. Over all it was the best car service experience yet. Great place, great workers, great service. I came here because of the reviews. Its true. Thank you!!!

Everytime I go into Placentia Super Service I'm greeted with a smile and good afternoon Jerry and how are you today. Then I'm ask what can we do for you today. Their Service is top notch, and done correctly and charge for the Service is better than anyone around. I have recomend then to many friends and neighbors.
