First time coming to this place and I'm highly pleased with their professionalism and attentiveness. This place was recommended by a friend who I told that I needed an oil change. He mentioned that Placentia Super Service had a promotion of free oil change for first responders due to Covid-19. I was gladly surprise and to make it Even better, it was only 11 minutes away from me. Upon my arrival I was treated with respect and after my oil changed, I was explained in detail the findings on my car after they did the inspection. Thank you Placentia Super Service for offering such a kind promotion during this difficult time. I will definitely be coming back, not only because of your kindness but also because i was impressed with your professionalism and attentiveness.

Everyone here is so attentive and helpful! We needed some work done on our car and unfortunately, we only have 1 vehicle at home. They let us use a loaner car for several days while the work was being completed and didn't charge us extra for it either. A few days later the transmission light went off so we took it in, they fixed the issue and didn't charge us for it either. Will definitely be back!

So friendly and professional!

My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I was about 25 miles from home and nowhere near my regular mechanic. Fortunately, my warranty allows me to use Repair Pal shops, so when I checked for local shops, Placentia Super Service came up. They were open late enough on a Saturday for me to get my car towed in. Even better was the fact that they had a loaner car available that I was able to use while my car was getting repaired. Not only did they get the problem covered under the warranty, they also inspected the car and found additional issues that they could fix under the warranty repair. My total repair was over $5000, and gratefully, I only had to pay my $250 deductible. Don was extremely helpful! I would absolutely recommend Placentia Super Service!
