My car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I was about 25 miles from home and nowhere near my regular mechanic. Fortunately, my warranty allows me to use Repair Pal shops, so when I checked for local shops, Placentia Super Service came up. They were open late enough on a Saturday for me to get my car towed in. Even better was the fact that they had a loaner car available that I was able to use while my car was getting repaired. Not only did they get the problem covered under the warranty, they also inspected the car and found additional issues that they could fix under the warranty repair. My total repair was over $5000, and gratefully, I only had to pay my $250 deductible. Don was extremely helpful! I would absolutely recommend Placentia Super Service!
