I can not compare pricing asI have only been to two places in placentia. That being said: Customer service is top notch. You can tell their customers are important to them: Snacks in waiting area, eye contact, communication I have heard they are not the cheapest place to have work done. However, sometimes the cheapest is not worth the hassle ( I have had a car take 2 days at another popular place for an oil change!-and that is just how that other establishment rolls) I did feel that their estimate was accurate, they were upfront about costs and I will be back I don't know if it's noteworthy to add, but I keep my cars running before buying new (this visit was my functioning 12 year old town and country) I love new pretty things, but I am also money practical because

Definitely 5-star Service. Kudos to Bob for the quick and straight forward response. Very impressed with Don Moritz on his customers service expertise, he singlehandedly took care of customers in the shop and over the phone. Kudos Don!!! The car got an excellent service and inspection from the mechanic as well. Definitely coming back.

Came here the day before New Year's Eve. Car needed a big brake and rotor replacement and these guys made sure it was all changed within one day even though it was busy. I am very grateful for the warm attitude they had and patience with my car.

The guys who work here are professionals who have significant experience in auto repair and the auto industry at large. They'll tell you what you'll need; they'll tell you what you don't need also (which is worlds better than being taken for a ride - The only thing that should be taken for a ride is your car!) This shop is especially recommended for people who purchase their vehicles from CarMax, as they work directly with their warranty company (though their services are competitively priced to begin with.) I'm sure all the service advisors know how to maximize the value for their customers, but you'll be in particularly good hands if you ask for Don.

Brought my work truck here and Jasper and the crew did a thorough inspection and made it work again. I worked with Jasper on getting approvals for the repairs from various departments at work and he was patient and kind the entire time. Brought my own car, a 1999 Miata, for an inspection and was elated to know that Jasper also had the same Miata in the past and knew how much I loved this car. He gave me a series of quotes for the work that needs to be done, which I plan on getting done here. The shop is neat and clean inside and I received a follow-up text a few days after asking how the service was. I'd recommend Placentia Super Service and yes it's a little pricier, but I'd especially recommend it if you have a Miata since Jasper knows about the love hate relationship with this car.

I should start by saying I really don't know anything about cars. My car was having issues turning on and I felt it had something to do with the battery. I brought it in to Placentia Super Service and talk to Jasper about some of the issues I thought the car may have, which I didn't think much, they did a full check up of my car. Once we figured out what was wrong, which wasn't really the battery, I felt like they explained thoroughly what was wrong and why I need to fix this specific part. I felt they had great customer service the whole time I dealt with them, and were very considerate to my work schedule and when I would be able to pick up my car again. Truly recommend these guys!
