Jasper greeted me when I arrived and was very welcoming. I felt comfortable with the information he provided. He kept in contact with me once I left my car and it was done sooner than I expected. I am very happy with the service I received.

I should start by saying I really don't know anything about cars. My car was having issues turning on and I felt it had something to do with the battery. I brought it in to Placentia Super Service and talk to Jasper about some of the issues I thought the car may have, which I didn't think much, they did a full check up of my car. Once we figured out what was wrong, which wasn't really the battery, I felt like they explained thoroughly what was wrong and why I need to fix this specific part. I felt they had great customer service the whole time I dealt with them, and were very considerate to my work schedule and when I would be able to pick up my car again. Truly recommend these guys!

This shop is a family owned shop. Even though I am not related to anybody there I feel as they are my family. I know when I go there that they will take care of me . I love how easy going everybody is along with being thorough. The pictures that they provide of what's wrong is amazing because they literally pointed out to you.

Dom was the best mechanic you can ever find. He has the best prices and he is a person you want to keep as a friend. He helped me keep my car safe when towed to him and provide honest feedback about whether to repair or junk my cars. If you ever want a honest mechanic, Dom is the one to go.

My Jeep was over-heating and leaking coolant. I was hoping it was a hose but it ended up being the water pump leaking. Pricing was good and they did the job the same day even though it was already Saturday afternoon when I came in. I've never been to a shop where the guys (Bob and Andrew) were so professional, honest and nice to deal with. Happy customer and I totally recommend them!
