Had an excellent experience. Dropped off my Mercedes after it being in another shop for over a week. The other shop was unable to find or solve the problem I was experiencing. After only 2 short days of working on it, Placentia Super Service diagnosed and fixed the problem and it was extremely cheap to fix! Will only be bringing my car here for future repairs. 5 stars. Staff are very friendly and know what they are doing.

First time coming to this place and I'm highly pleased with their professionalism and attentiveness. This place was recommended by a friend who I told that I needed an oil change. He mentioned that Placentia Super Service had a promotion of free oil change for first responders due to Covid-19. I was gladly surprise and to make it Even better, it was only 11 minutes away from me. Upon my arrival I was treated with respect and after my oil changed, I was explained in detail the findings on my car after they did the inspection. Thank you Placentia Super Service for offering such a kind promotion during this difficult time.
