I found this shop when I moved to Placentia a little over 2 years ago. They always do a fantastic job and have very competitive prices. This time my Infiniti G35 had a pretty serious problem. My car was in the shop for a week, and Jasper helped me throughout. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and communicative regarding updates and scheduling.

I have taken my car to Placentia Super Service for repairs and maintenance for a few years. It can be difficult to find a mechanic or shop you can trust. I can tell you I totally trust these guys. They are honest and do not try to 'sell' you repairs that are not needed. They let you know what to keep an eye on and take the time to answer any questions you may have. Their customer service is stellar. I highly recommend them!

I came to have my side mirror replaced. The front desk staff, Jasper, is very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and professional.
I have taken two of my vehicles to this place for major repars only because the young man at the counter Jasper was upfront and to the point. This company has great personality and respect for their customers.
