These guys are amazing. I am in love with the detailed report that I get from them that even includes photos of all the areas of my engine. I know so much more about my car. Plus for the first time in my entire life I completely trust that when a mechanic says a repair is needed, it is truly needed because I actually have a photo of the problem. Just love it and can't say enough good things. Oh, and they have better repair warranties than anyone on the planet.

Please read this review: Placentia Super Service lives up to its name, service is above and beyond anything I have experienced in my 42 years of driving and vehicle ownership. I needed some work done on my 15 yrs old Ford truck. I will spare you the details but it turned out that my truck had a anomaly with mismatched parts unbeknownst to me, or the service manager. I was a tad impatient as I dropped my truck off at 8am, and it was 5pm when I got it back. However, I did get rental car at the unbelievably low rate of $10 for the day, and even though I was very polite or patient during the day while my truck was being repaired, Don, the very patient and professional service manager very calmly explained the strange situation that was occurring with my vehicle. He took my impatience and sometimes ridicule in stride and did everything he could to fix my truck on time, and at a lower cost than originally estimated. He worked his butt off, and also performed an oil change and tire rotation, thus saving me two more appointments. This truly is Super Service and I now have my go to shop for all my service needs. In fact, I am scheduling my brake service next. Don, you are a Rockstar, thank you for incredible service!
