I was very satisfied with the service I received. I brought in my 2003 Honda Pilot for a 140k mile inspection, and they did a great job going through all the systems, and providing a report on what work should be done and is priority. Don was super nice, honest, and didn't try to pressure me into any unnecessary work. The shop also provided a courtesy car to get me back home while they did the work. I would definitely bring my vehicles back to this shop the next time they need work done.

I had an excellent experience with Placentia Super Service. They worked well with my warranty company, and handled the issue quickly and professionally - even after I initially showed up at closing time on a Friday. Addendum: another excellent visit with PSS.
