I brought my CRV in for an oil change only to find several major maintenance issues that needed attending. They were extremely kind, accommodating, and professional. Benjamin was very informative and communicated with me about every step. I definitely felt like I was being provided high quality service and will be coming here in the future. I didn't use the waiting area but it was clean and well-stocked. Overall excellent service, fantastic people, 10/10 would recommend.

Visiting family from out-of-state, and my brakes blew out on our last day of the visit. I called Placentia Super Service first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day and replace front and back brake pads and rotors. Paul upfront was very professional, considerate, and understanding to our situation, ensuring fast and quality service for us before the long drive ahead! Fantastic service made the day better despite the unfortunate reason we were there, 10/10 I would recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone local or passing through!

Everyone who works there is polite and professional right down to the mechanic that worked on my cars. I feel more comfortable at this auto repair facility than I have anywhere else in Orange County. Great people and outstanding service.

Had my F-150 serviced. Needed trans flush and coolant flush. They did a complete 60pt inspection. I new more service was needed and they sent me a complete breakdown of other items that were a concern. Detailed with pictures like my coffee colored brake fluid! Cost effective and awesome service! With a ride home after I dropped off truck. Then they picked me up the next day when truck was finished. No complaints and very reliable. Highly recommended! Thx PSS!!

Brought my vehicle in for transmission and water pump service. Had some disagreements on the service and parts needed, but want to highlight the follow up and customer service that the owner displayed, after the fact.
