Placentia Super Service is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been too. I called them early on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend because I suspected the alternator went out on my car. They told me to bring my car right in. Their service was fantastic! They had my car repaired on the same day. I recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car, and will continue to do so in the future. You will also get a team of dedicated professionals who will bend over backwards to help you out, who will take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, and will stand by their work. Honest and quality work. Very hard to find especially when it comes to auto shops. Both Bob the owner and Don where very helpful in diagnosing my trucks issues and also offering honest feedback on some cosmetic improvements so it would work with my budget. First time I have used them and they have earned my business.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with this place. The waiting area is amazing. My boys love coming here. They have complementary snacks and beverages. It even smells good! The staff is the best. Bob, Don and Jasper were there when I took my van in to get fixed. Don explained what he was going to do with the van and helped me get a rental car. I had 2 of my boys with me and they had a blast. It was so easy. Thank you so much for your kindness. I have been coming her for a long time. It just keeps getting better❤
