My car window was broken. I asked Bob Cornwall if he knew anyone that could help fix it. With in one hour he had a contact that replaced my window and even tinted it to match my other tint. Placentia Super Service definitely lives up to the name, I highly recommend them for any auto servicing need.
Like minded garages, forward thinking owners are hard to come by in our industry. Bob, A.J., & crew are amongst the finest in the area ...except for us, LOL! We own Tokyo Automotive down the street and we recognize a quality shop when we see one. Call if friendly competition, but we like to uplift the industry, especially if the shop in question is worthy. We often use PSS for smogs, so we're customers too.
Bob and Don were both so helpful. Prices were fair and waiting area nice and clean. Will definitely be back!
I met Bob, the owner and operator of Placentia Super Service, through the Chamber of Commerce and local networking. He has a great customer service background and great auto repair knowledge. If you need your car services I would highly recommend Placentia Super Service.
Finding a reputable auto repair place can be scary. Placentia Super Service takes the worry out of car repair. They are up front with all information about your repair, cost, etc. PLUS the offer extras like shuttle drop off, loaner car for vehicles that require more work, nationwide 3-year warranty. I highly recommend this great small business if you are in the North OC area!
Needed an oil change, so I decided to check this place out because it is close to my house and its great reviews. Printed out the coupon from their website for the oil change with seasonal check up and also scheduled an appointment online. All of the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Small, but nice little waiting area with popcorn, water, and tv. I like the fact that they send you an email with a full run down of all of the problems with your car and also give you a printout of the same. They went over each issue with my car and took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any repairs. This place will be my new go to place when my cars need any type of service.

My mother-in-law takes her car here and has had great experiences with Placentia Super Service. I asked them what it would cost to replace my air conditioning system. I had been quoted $1200 to $2000 by 3 other shops. PSS came in at just over $1000, so I decided to give them a shot. I'm so glad I did! "It was a couple of blown fuses and a Freon recharge". $200! They've got a customer for life! It's hard to find an honest mechanic, particularly at the national chains. PSS is legit.
I cant believe what they did , they told me i blew a head gasket and that it would cost me 1400.00 to fix it , i even cried like a baby because i didnt have the money i just started a new job need my car and they looked me in my face and told me that LIARS. the whole time it was just a fan switch 49.00 is what i spent. wow never again will i trust a shop BEWARE enter with caution
We have returned to get our Honda's oil change, better deal than the dealership, and we are satisfied with both the customer service and work done.
